It was a beautiful and ideal hotel with very good internet. The staff were courteous, and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Loved coffee and pastries at breakfast. The location of the venue was marvellous and stunning, to a cafe further up the road for breakfast. The provided service was exceptional. Everything was simply perfect.
The staff was not trained.

Had an amazing New Year at a beautifully renovated historic hotel with an unbeatable location in a historic area surrounded by magnificent buildings. the hotel is just a stroll away from the downtown area and across the road from the station. the room was spacious and comfortable, and we greatly enjoyed the luxurious spa bath and the delicious restaurant on-site.
The stay was too short and we wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the hotel and the area.
